Lynette retired from Texas Mutual Insurance Company after serving as Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Lynette joined Texas Mutual in 1999, serving as Senior Manager of Human Resources, Senior Manager of Compensation and Benefits, and Vice President of Human Resources. Prior to joining Texas Mutual, Lynette spent eight years in leadership positions at TN Technologies, Inc. Lynette earned a business degree with honors from The University of Texas. She is a Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources and former Chair of the American Association of State Compensation Insurance Funds Human Resources Committee.Lynette has been a member of the Kids’ Chance of Texas Board of Directors since June 2015 and she chairs the Scholarship Committee. Lynette and her husband Doug live in Austin, TX and have one daughter, Allison.
